Refund Policy
Effective October 15, 2026. Last updated October 15, 2026.
This Refund Policy explains how subscription payments, cancellations, and refund requests are handled for TradeCendra, a service operated by P3 Technology LLC.
Read this policy together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and the applicable terms governing your purchase.
1. Subscription Payments
TradeCendra offers paid monthly and annual subscriptions. Subscription fees are charged through Stripe Managed Payments, which acts as Merchant of Record for applicable transactions.
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until canceled. Prices, billing intervals, and applicable taxes are disclosed before purchase.
2. Refund Policy
Subscription payments, including renewal payments, are generally final and non-refundable once processed.
TradeCendra does not ordinarily provide prorated refunds or credits for partially used subscription periods, unused accounts, or cancellations after a renewal charge has occurred.
Refunds may be available where required by applicable law or mandatory terms governing your transaction, including applicable Stripe Managed Payments buyer terms. Those requirements take precedence over the general policy described above.
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable refund, cancellation, or consumer rights.
3. What Happens After a Refund
For both monthly and annual plans, a confirmed successful full refund of a subscription payment ends paid access under the associated subscription immediately and triggers automatic immediate cancellation of that subscription. This also applies when multiple successful partial refunds together refund the full original payment, including applicable taxes.
Cancellation following a full refund does not issue another refund or a prorated credit. Future subscription renewals stop once Stripe confirms cancellation. If your full refund has succeeded but your billing page still shows an upcoming renewal, contact support@tradecendra.com so we can resolve it.
A partial refund alone does not cancel your subscription, stop renewal, or end paid access. Pending or failed refunds do not trigger cancellation or end access under this refund rule.
A refund does not delete your TradeCendra account, trading journal, trades, settings, or historical billing records. Data remains subject to our Privacy Policy and account-deletion rules. You can restore paid access by purchasing a new subscription and completing payment; the old refunded subscription is not reactivated.
Valid complimentary or lifetime Performance access remains unaffected by a subscription refund.
4. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents future automatic renewal charges and ordinarily takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period. Access ordinarily continues through the remainder of that period, except when a successful full refund ends the associated paid subscription as described above.
Cancel before your next renewal date if you do not wish to be charged for another billing period, and confirm that your cancellation has been successfully completed.
To cancel, sign in and open the Subscription page, then select Manage billing, invoices and cancellation to access the existing subscription management portal.
Cancellation does not automatically generate a refund. Failure to use the Service does not automatically cancel a subscription.
5. Billing Support
For billing questions or to ask about a refund, contact support@tradecendra.com. Never send your password or full payment-card details.
Eligible refund requests may be reviewed and handled through Stripe Managed Payments and Link support. Approved refunds are processed according to the applicable transaction terms and Stripe Managed Payments policies.
For related information, review our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and the Stripe Managed Payments terms applicable to your purchase.
6. Policy Updates
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time as TradeCendra or applicable requirements change. The updated policy will identify its effective date and last-updated date.
If we make material changes, we will provide notice through TradeCendra, email, or another appropriate method where required by applicable law. Updates do not limit your non-waivable rights.
